Jeff Swan, Managing Director
Jeff joined Tayto Snacks as Managing Director in 2018, having over 20 years experience in the FMCG sector. Jeff has worked in some of the worlds most iconic branded businesses, including Coca-Cola, Schweppes, Cadbury-Mondelez and The Intersnack Group, across multiple geographies and cross-functional positions.
Jeff holds a BComm from RMIT – Melbourne, a Post Grad in Business Administration from Monash University – Melbourne and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John Hennessy, Operations Director
John joined Tayto Snacks in 2010. He initially held positions as Factory Manager in Largo Foods’ popcorn plant in Barnsley, UK and then in Gweedore, Co.Donegal. He was appointed Operations Director in 2015.
John has over thirty year experience in the food and dairy industry working with companies such as Cadbury, Unilever and Glanbia in Africa, Middle East and Europe.
John holds a degree in Dairy Science from University College Cork.
John O'Connor, Commercial Director
With 30 years in the FMCG sector, John O’Connor is the Commercial Director of Largo Foods.
Prior to joining Tayto Snacks in 2006, John was Commercial Director of Tayto Ltd. Prior to that he was Head of Sales at C&C’s wines and spirits division, Grants and Sales Director of Glanbia.
Alina Uí Chaollaí, Marketing Director
Alina joined Tayto Snacks as Marketing Director in January 2014. She has over 20 years FMCG marketing experience having worked in a variety of roles spanning customer, channel and brand marketing in Coca-Cola and, prior to that, in the Ward Anderson Cinema Group and their film distribution agency, Abbey Films.
Alina holds a Masters in European Studies (with French and German) from Trinity College, Dublin.
Sean Mulligan, Finance Director
Seán joined Tayto Snacks as Finance Director in May 2014 having previously occupied senior finance roles with both PepsiCo Ireland Foods & Beverages and Shamrock Foods (part of the Valeo Foods Group).
Seán is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and holds a degree in International Business and Languages from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).
